AL ADAA is the first electronic application for the automatization
and management of occupational safety and health (OSH) aspects in a consistent
and uniform manner, and allows for periodical and annual reporting on OSH
performance.
Through one click away, government and private entities will be
connected to the Center.
This helps in specifying the processes to be followed in the Emirate of Abu
Dhabi, monitoring the implementation of OSHAD SF and in compliance with its
requirements.
ALADAA is designed to contribute to making your workplaces in
various activities safer, improve performance and quality and save time and
money while meeting the OSH requirements in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
AL ADAA covers all government departments, entities and sectors
including: food, construction and building, education, industry, health,
energy, tourism and culture, transport, and waste.
AL ADAA manages various processes of Abu Dhabi Occupational Safety
and Health System Framework (OSHAD SF), which aims to achieve the following:

Coverage Levels:
AL ADAA application covers the following parties across the
Emirate of Abu Dhabi:
Level One: Center
processes
- Delegate to SRAs the powers necessary to oversee the
management of data and information related to the implementation of OSHAD
SF requirements in relevant sectors.
- Receive, review and approve OSH requirements document
for each sector, including the review of the sector's OSH policy before it
is signed by the SRA senior management.
- Approve the entities nominated by each SRA as per their
classification (high, medium or low risk entities) based on their
activities.
- Identify the relevant SRA for an entity with multiple
activities.
- Register government departments for using the
application.
- Receive, review and approve the OSHMS of government
departments, to include reviewing the l OSH policy to be approved by the
departments' senior management.
- Follow up OSH incident reporting in sectors and
government departments including corrective actions up to their closure.
- Receive, review and approve awareness activities
notifications
- Receive and review requests for modification of OSHAD
SF
- Manage the auditing of sectors and government

approval.
- Allow entities to use the application based on the
approval of their classification by the Center.
- Receive, review and approve entity OSHMS, including the
review of the OSH policy, before it is signed by the entity's top
management.
- Receive OSH incident reports and relevant investigation
reports and submit the same to the Center.
- Follow up the incidents corrective actions up to
closure.
- Develop and submit sector performance reports based on
reports received from entities with approved OSHMS.
- Submit awareness activity notifications to the Center.

Level Three: Government departments' processes (all Abu Dhabi government entities
concerned with the implementation of OSHAD SF requirements and that have been
notified by the Center)

Four: Entities processes with SRAs (organizations/companies/establishments working within the sectors
implementing OSHAD SF and that have been nominated and notified by respective

investigation reports.

How to use the application:
All users will receive usernames and passwords to access the
application and start using it.
The application includes all OSHAD SF forms and it will allow entity
users to submit OSHMS (for review and approval), performance reports, OSH
incidents and related investigation reports, and third party OSHMS audit
reports. Users can also notify about awareness activities and the closed status
of corrective actions following incidents and auditing reports.
